Greater Victoria Police Victim Services

Andrew Lacon has been a police officer for 23 years and currently holds the rank of Staff Sergeant.  Andrew served 12 years with the Vancouver Police Department prior to moving to Victoria in 2000 and joining the Victoria Police Department.   He has worked in most operational areas of policing including patrol, the Emergency Response Team and targeted policing; as well as recruiting, training and the Critical Incident Stress Management Team.
