Nancy Brown

Nancy Brown is a government barrister currently dealing primarily with constitutional division of powers and administrative law issues; she also carries out strategic planning and policy development for the Legal Services Branch of the Ministry of Attorney General in Victoria. She has also worked for the federal Department of Justice, where her work encompassed both litigation and solicitor’s work, primarily for the Department of Transport. Nancy’s LL.B. is from McGill University and she studied Aerospace Engineering as an undergraduate at the University of Toronto.
Nancy is an avid fine art photographer, and does portraiture work of people and their pets in her spare time. She spends her weekends enjoying her horse and the country life with her partner Tim.
